Helen's uncle , Charles Asphar, had been looked after by the Agius family when convalescing in WW1 and was one of the first to hear news of Uncle Dickie's death at Poelcapelle

Elizabeth was next generation to Mary but 7 years older being the grand-daughter of Inez Agius, Alfred's elder sister.
Bridesmaids were cousins Jean Harding, Stephanie Wetz and Susan Mompalao De Piro
